Todd Smith joined BSK as a Director in August 2019 and has been practicing in Arizona since 2006. The focus of Todd’s practice is estate planning, trust administration, and probate. On the planning side, he advises a wide range of clients, from very wealthy to modest estates. He enjoys working with business owners, whether to integrate a business succession plan into their estate planning, to develop and implement a strategy for asset protection, or to otherwise assist with various legal issues. On the administration side, Todd works with trustees and personal representatives to assist with the settlement and administration of a variety of trusts and estates.
Todd earned a B.S. in Accountancy at THE Arizona State University in 2003 (magna cum laude) and a J.D. at the William S. Boyd School of Law (UNLV) in 2006. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Scottsdale Bar Association, Central Arizona Estate Planning Council and the East Valley Estate Planning Council, where he served on the board of directors for several years and is a past president.
Todd and his wife Jennifer have three children. He loves Sun Devil football, reading, playing guitar, and listening to the Beatles.
