Kayla joined BCK in January of 2022 and currently serves as File Clerk, where she is responsible for implementing a new file management system to BCK. In addition, Kayla serves as the liaison between our firm and its many vendors, processes the incoming mail, handles off-site file requests, participates as a witness during signing appointments and assists with incoming phone calls.
Kayla began working in customer service at the age of fifteen and brings that experience, along with over seven years of file management experience to BCK.
Although a native of Arizona, Kayla has lived all over the United States, from the West to East Coast, but has always returned to Arizona and now considers Phoenix home.
Kayla is an avid animal lover. Prior to joining BCK, she worked for over ten years training dogs and helping them find their forever home. Kayla’s grandmother managed a cat boarding facility, where Kayla learned at an early age that she cared deeply for animals and remains committed to providing care, protection, and a loving home for all types of animals. As a result, much of Kayla’s free time is spent volunteering at clinics and working with the Animal Welfare League.
In her remaining free time Kayla enjoys traveling, watching movies, working on arts and crafts, and spending time with her beloved animals and nephews.
