Karen H. Branscum

Karen H. Branscum joined BSK with Dennis Siler in November 2004. Karen has worked as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal since 1983. She assists the attorneys in the area of estate planning, including drafting revocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and all related ancillary documents, transferring of assets into established trusts, and amending and updating current plans. Karen also helps with many aspects of the funding of completed plans including document organization, beneficiary designations, and related transfer requests.

Karen’s past experience includes working in commercial banking, where she studied the principles of banking operations, commercial law, commercial and installment lending, and related advanced banking studies through the American Banking Association. Karen moved to Arizona in 1983 from Missouri.

Karen and her husband have four adult children and three grandchildren.
