About Us

Since 1999

This firm was formed in 1999 to exclusively focus on Estate Planning and Trust Administration, settlement of both contested and uncontested estates, and related business and tax planning. Several members of our team have been in practice for decades.

In 2022, we changed the firm name to Braun Cathie Kruzel PC.

We Help You Every Step Of The Way

Based in Scottsdale since 1999, BCK occupied offices at the Kierland Commons from 2004 to 2021 and is now located at the Southeast corner of Princess and Perimeter.

BCK is focused on steady growth which will assure our position as one of the premier estate planning and estate administration boutique firms in the State of Arizona. In addition, family roots in the Midwest have led to a strong Midwest work ethic, and we represent clients in many other common law and community states and internationally.

What Do You Need?

In addition to representing Trustees, Personal Representatives, and the beneficiaries of trusts and estates, we represent clients in various types of matters, including business planning, real estate, and charitable giving. While we are constantly looking for new solutions, even with the best estate, tax, and business planning, there is often controversy.

our team of experts are here for you

SUPPORTING
Our community

Since our founding in 1999, BCK has been an active member of the business community by supporting the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce and the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. In that regard, we have attorneys and support team members who are fully fluent in conversational Spanish.

We have strategically aligned ourselves through memberships in organizations that cultivate stronger business, social and professional relationships, and educational development.

At BCK we believe in giving back to the community who has been so gracious and supportive of us. We have elected to serve the community in three ways:
